About Us
Jessica L. Packman
LCSW
(She/Her)
As a certified CBT specialist and a Level 3 trained Internal Family Systems therapist, I work to support my clients to live their best lives. I have unique experience of humans across the lifespan; I was a teacher in my prior career which helped me understand adolescents and their everyday environment. I’ve had 2 years of consultation with Sand Chang, PhD educating myself on the LGBTQIA+ community and their unique experience. Furthermore, I worked for many years with people with special needs in education and the community, and worked at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta allowing me to better understand the experience of those with chronic pain and illness. Whether it was working in schools, hospitals, community mental health or private practice, these experiences with humans across the lifespan gives me a unique understanding of my clients’ experiences.
